At Jolt, we believe it’s about showing up and working towards your best self, every damn day. We believe in the underdog mentality, that nothing is given and everything is earned. It’s about putting in hard work even when no one is watching.  We believe how you do anything, is how you do everything. We train with integrity using trusted experience based programming and science based methods.

RESPECT

Respect for your body, mind, and others. We are here to help you feel good, not punish you for what you ate, who you are, how you look, or how fit you are. We encourage people to listen to and respect their bodies each day. We do not body shame, hyper focus on aesthetics, and we do not encourage disrespectful actions to and words about our bodies.  We respect everyone in whatever point of your fitness journey you are in and we meet you where you are at and we coach to what YOU need. Respect for others means building each other up, leaving no teammate behind, and pushing each other to the next level. At Jolt there is a workout for everyone.
