Kate is a local woman who grew up in Mount Carmel with a passion for creating artisan pastries and cakes using her creativity, fresh ingredients, and her local roots. As a graduate from two of the top Culinary schools in Canada; The Stratford Chef School and Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa, she has the experience and knowledge to create unique and beautiful desserts for any occasion.
For six years Kate has been creating and designing specialty cakes and pastries for new and returning clients and expanded her reach into the London and surrounding area.
