Located behind the Tim Hortons at 37 Ontario Street North, our newly renovated facility provides Grand Bend residents and visitors with an outstanding local fitness experience. Featuring a wide selection of top quality cardio equipment, on demand cardio classes, a full selectorized circuit and plenty of free weights; we provide everything you need to reach your personal fitness goals without the wait. Afterwards you can relax and recover in our hot tub and sauna, or take advantage of the additional services available onsite including a Registered Massage Therapist.

For your convenience, our newly renovated 6200 square foot facility operates on a card swipe system of entry and will remain open from 4:00 am to 10:00 pm every day, including holidays. The security of our members is of the utmost importance and the entire premises and parking lot (with the exception of washroom/change rooms) is protected by security cameras and boasts a dedicated 911 line and modern AED system.
