We encourage people to listen to and respect their bodies each day. We do not body shame, hyper focus on aesthetics, and we do not encourage disrespectful actions to and words about our bodies. We respect everyone in whatever point of your fitness journey you are in and we meet you where you are at and we coach to what YOU need.
